From your logo to your customer’s door
Print on demand means nothing is made until someone buys it. You set the shop up once, in about 15 minutes. After that, every order is printed, shipped and paid out for you.

Upload your logo
A PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG up to 8MB; a PNG with a transparent background works best. We check it will print sharp at the size you place it, and for dark shirts you can add a light version or generate a one-color one.

Pick your products
Tees, hoodies, hats, mugs, totes, aprons and more, from hundreds of styles. You see your logo on real product photos as you choose, so your shop looks finished before your first sale.

Set your prices
Start from our suggested price, about 2.5 times what the item costs to make, and see exactly what you earn on every size. Change it to whatever you like.

Publish and share
Connect your bank through Stripe, and your shop goes live at yourname.themerchcounter.com, in your colors, with a listing on our marketplace. Print the QR counter card from your dashboard and put your link in your Instagram bio.
Where to put your QR code
After someone orders

A customer orders
They pay at checkout. Sales tax is calculated automatically.

We send it to print
Your design is prepared at the size and position you chose and sent to our print partner, Printful.

It’s made
Printed, usually within 2–5 business days. Nothing is made until it’s paid for.

It ships
From facilities across the US, typically arriving 3–6 days after printing. Your customer gets tracking by email, in your shop’s name.

You get paid
Your share lands in your bank through Stripe, on Stripe’s rolling schedule.

If anything goes wrong
Misprinted, damaged or wrong items are reprinted or refunded within 30 days of delivery, at our cost.
